Allyson spent 21 years with AT&T, Inc., creating developing and leading the 3rd party National Retail business unit as Vice President. Allyson launched the business unit from start-up status with Cingular Wireless and rapidly grew it to become the largest national distribution business channel delivering over $12B in annual revenues.


Allyson established AT&T, Inc. as the industry leader by simplifying complex sales, processes, and systems, providing unmatched distribution and channel strategies and developing strong client partnerships. She coupled these strengths with best-in-class sales and business operations, product management and marketing, channel marketing and merchandising, and supply chain teams to deliver flawless executions. She drove key differentiation and added value for her clients through highly competitive marketplace offers, unique programs and promotions and simple sales processes and activation systems ensuring AT&T was both simple to sell and buy.


Allyson led many industry- leading changes, business transformations and iconic program launches as Vice President National Retail & Dealer such as the acquisitions of AT&T Wireless and DirecTV and the launches of the Apple iPhone and iPad, AT&T U-Verse, AT&T Consumer IoT, AT&T's Digital Life, AT&T GoPhone and AT&T's Next Program.
